MAC FF Haul
I got my FF haul from MAC a few days ago. I got the lipsticks Chatterbox, Lovelorn, and Angel. Those are my first MAC lipsticks. I also ordered Prep + Prime SPF 50 but they sent me a fluidline instead. I emailed them about the problem and they emailed me back in 15 hours and said they would send me the P&P free of charge and I could keep the fluidline, which is awesome. I'm glad that MAC has such good customer service.

i'm glad you had a good experience with Mac's CS. I've never had anything but awful service. I stick to my store and counter when I want to buy, but FF lured me in, too.
